Activation of the device

Before using the application, the device must be authenticated and activated .

The Device Credentials screen allows this operation.

Required information:

Username

Viva ERP user account

Password

Password: Password associated with the ERP account

License

License Key: Key provided by Telepaty to activate the application. Each company receives a unique key.

Device Serial Number

Device Serial Number: Unique identifier generated automatically.

Used to:

• register the device
• associate the license.

Validation process: After clicking on Continue the system verifies:

• the ERP identifiers
• the validity of the license
• the registration of the device.
